If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Goods
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer and must be reported within 15 business days from date of delivery. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications.

To prepare your items for return, please package the jewelry in the original packaging. If you do not have the original shipping package, please use a secure box or padded envelope to ship the return.
