Where are your items made?
Most of our items are made in Los Angeles, CA. Some items are sourced from other parts of the country. We fully vest the quality and stand by all of our products.
Do you have a showroom? Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, due to Covid we had to close our showroom indefinitely. We are a warehouse distributor and not a standard store. We do not accept in person pick ups at this time. Thank you so much for your understanding.
How do I get your wholesale prices and bulk discounts?
All wholesale prices and bulk discounts are available to anyone. Items are all listed at wholesale prices. Bulk discounts depend on your cart total. What does wholesale mean?
Wholesalers primarily sell to B2B (business to business). Since we manufacture our items we can sell them at a much lower price point than typical retailers. There are no middle men. How long does gold plating last?
Gold plating can last a lifetime. This will all depend on how the jewelry pieces are maintained. With this being said, gold plating will inevitably tarnish over time. Here are some maintenance recommendations to prolong the life of your gold plated jewelry. When the jewelry is not being worn, it should be stored in a dry area. The pieces should not be exposed to chemicals such as chlorine, lotions, etc. Gold plated jewelry should always be the last item to be put on and the first to be taken off. How much plating is on your vermeil items?
All of our vermeil items have a minimum of 2.5 microns of gold plating. For any item to be labeled as vermeil they must have at least 2.5 microns of gold plating. If you would like to know more about vermeil, gold filled, and gold plated items please check out our blog.
Can you create custom pieces for me?
Can you create custom gold filled items?
Unfortunately, the production process for gold filled is completely different from casting. We can only create pieces that are casted in sterling silver, gold, or brass. Since gold filled is a layered material it cannot be cast like traditional jewelry. Jewelry and charms are made from sheet, tube, or wire that has already been layered. Casting requires the metals to be melted and poured into an investment mold. If we were to do so with the gold-filled material all the metals would melt and lose its gold-filled layers. How fast does it take to ship my order?
If all items in your order are in stock we will ship same or next day. We also have a Shipping Estimator which will show all shipping options for both domestic and international shipping options. How long does it take to restock items?
The production time is typically 1-2 weeks. However, this time frame will vary depending on factors such as the type of item being manufactured, if it's a busy season, supply chain issues, etc. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to give you a more accurate timeframe.
Can I pick another item if you are out of stock on an item I purchased?
Yes, of course! Please feel free to let us know which item you would like. If there is a price difference, we will ask for the difference in payment. If the replacement item is less, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Can I send you my sellers permit and get sales tax taken off my order?
Yes, please feel free to create an account with us first. Then email a copy of your permit to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then take off all sales taxes from your account.
Do you ship internationally? Will I have to pay for customs fees?
Yes, we have many international clients and are proud to be their supplier. We are located in Southern California, USA. All international shipments will be subject to international shipment fees such as customs fees, document fees, VAT fees, etc. These are fees that are dictated by the receiving country's policies and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return my items?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of order. Once the items are received and inspected by us, we will refund the original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs.
Can I get samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples. We do not require any MOQs for our wholesale prices. Please feel free to purchase any of our items and you can see the quality of our items.
